For depth it is recommended for the window frame to be at least 1-1/2” deep for a flush inside mount. For mounting outside of the window frame, measure your window opening and add three inches.

For optimal fit, choose a size that is nearest to your width measurement. The height of the blind should be based on the greatest measurement from the top to the bottom. A blind that exceeds your noted height will still be suitable, as it can be adjusted to any desired position within the window frame.
